We’re Offering
- Full-time work in Spring, Summer, Fall (average 45+ hours/week during the season)
- Part time/casual work in Winter (Snow removal, Ice Control, various other work - weather pending)

Job Requirements
- Performing physical work outside in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wet). Participation in winter snow removal operation is mandatory
- Desire to learn new skills and a willingness to follow direction
- Must be a reliable team player, able to work with and without direct supervision
- Ability to work diligently, smartly, and safely
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays. Peak situations may arise due to the seasonal nature of the work
- Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscaped environment, shop, and equipment
- Conduct daily safety inspection of tools and equipment
- Experience in hardscape and softscape construction is an asset
- Reliable daily transportation to/from the NRL shop in Upper LaHave
- Valid Driver’s Licence, with clean driver’s abstract
- Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Check
- Compliant with all company policies and regulations
- Work in accordance with all local health and safety guidelines and regulations
