Celebrating our 10th year in business, we have openings to join our fast growing and professional Landscape and Property Maintenance TEAMS for the 2015 season. Entering our 10th year servicing the South Shore and capturing several Landscape Nova Scotia Awards of Excellence, we are looking for individuals for the following positions:

Landscape Construction Team Leaders
• Minimum 5 years experience in hardscape/softscape construction
• Ability to liaise with clients
• Motivate and Supervise Crew Members
• Willingness to learn and advance in company

Landscape Construction Team Members
• Minimum 2 years experience in hardscape/softscape construction
• Professional, courteous presentation
• Ability to work diligently and smartly
• Willingness to learn and advance in company

Landscape Designer
• Innate ability to create inspiring, fun and endearing spaces
• Assist with site consultations and estimating
• Young designers – don’t be shy – come grow with us!

 Landscape Estimator
• Minimum three years Experience
• Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
• Landscape Diploma, Dynascape knowledge helpful

Lawn/Garden Maintenance Team Leaders
• Horticultural training/experience required
• General plant material and turf care knowledge
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to train and lead a team
• Some knowledge of equipment and truck maintenance
• We are offering a full-time placement (average 45+ hours/week during the season)

Lawn/Garden Maintenance Team Members
• We are offering a seasonal full-time placement (average 45+ hours/week during the season)
• Must be a reliable team player, able to work with and without direct supervision
• Able to work outside in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wet) and perform physical work
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Experience in field an asset

All applicants regardless of position, wishing to join our growing TEAM must have the following characteristics and requirements:
• Able to work outside in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wet) and perform physical work
• Valid Driver’s Licence (with clean driver’s abstract)
• Desire to learn new skills
• Monitor all tools, equipment and machinery for site operation and safety
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
• Flexibility to work on various Saturdays as required
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Transportation to/from shop essential
• Participate in winter snow removal operation
• Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Check

Wages negotiable on experience. Dental and Health Benefits available.
